TTC Operational: Subways, Streetcars, Buses on Monday April 28th

The back to work legislation has been passed on Sunday. The Globe and Mail reports:

"Toronto transit back in service"

Anyways, this isn't a guarantee that it will be 100%, but vehicles have gone back on the road as of Sunday, hopefully subways and everything should be going reasonably enough on Monday. I'd still give yourself some extra time. Mondays are usually the busiest days and everything usually runs at peak capacity during rush hour, so if it ends up at even 80% capacity (eg: maintenance wasn't completed over the weekend or something), expect long delays.
