Globe And Mail Account Verification Emails: Not Working!!!

Looks like The Globe And Mail doesn't know how to properly send out account verification emails. I suspect they tested them in house, and of course it worked (locally), but once on the internet, it sure won't work.

The problem is with the Globe and Mail, not your email account or internet provider.

To get it to work, simply copy the "link location" they provide in the e-mail, something like:

?veri=a2fdg3a79csdfggr897899fadc

and paste that after the URL of the site that asked you for you to send the confirmation email out, which was something like:

 http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/blah/Comment/National/home

To get something like: (No spaces!!!)

 http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/blah/Comment/National/home?veri=a2fdg3a79csdfggr897899fadc

Now hit "Enter". Boom, done. Now you can continue using your mailinator.com account (or whichever one you use) and they'll be none the wiser to the fact that the email address you used doesn't really exist.
