Chinese Homemade Cooking: Make your own authentic Chinese food!



My friend Kirk runs a cooking website for everyone on making authentic Chinese food dishes. The main point is that you don't have to be of Chinese descent to be able to follow the directions or buy the ingredients, anyone can try these out. 

So far, he has listed, with detailed pictures and directions, how to make:

  1. Chinese Pancakes/Chinese Pizza
  2. Steamed Chicken
  3. Ginger Scallion Garnish
  4. Ma Po Tofu (spicy!)
  5. Garlic Stir-Fried Baby Bok Choi
  6. Ginger and BBQ Pork Fried Rice

I'm sure once his cooking site really gets rolling, he'll be motivated to post more and more.

I think I'm going to try to make the Ma Po Tofu first, it looks delicious! I'll definitely cut down on the spice though.

The Chinese pizza/pancakes look like they will be good too, and easy to make:
